Cost Analysis of Various Factors for Geopolymer 3D Printing of Construction Products in Factories and on Construction Sites

The utilization of geopolymer 3D printing for construction products in recent years has been exceptionally substantial, owing to their low carbon dioxide emissions, high-performance properties such as durability, and good thermal mechanical properties. This automated manufacturing process reduces the need additional formworks, capital investments, human resources. Geopolymer development is emerging because its advanced use applications. However, high costs initial stages production inhibited this technology many countries. research presents a comprehensive economic evaluation investment each principal stage that facilitates better deployment study investigated all phases production, from extraction raw materials printing. cost four fundamental stages, namely material availability transportation, pretreatments materials, parameter selection strength requirements, factories on sites, were analyzed. results show site economically more advantageous compared factory. also verified transportation least effect finished product cost, whereas mixing parameters significantly influenced ultimate product. Finally, work suggested future tasks make viable approach.
